Meet Nikki
Nikki Hayden is a licensed REALTOR® and NAR member serving buyers and sellers throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. With more than 25 years of sales experience prior to entering real estate, Nikki is known as a skilled negotiator, strategic marketer, and strong advocate for her clients.
As of October 2026, Nikki has closed 68 homes year-to-date, representing more than $40 million in closed and pending sales volume. Her consistent production has placed her among the region’s top-performing real estate professionals, including ranking in the Top 1% of Hamilton County for buyer-side production. Nikki has also been recognized for leading sales production and transaction volume within her brokerage and has built a reputation for successfully representing everything from first-time homebuyers to luxury and high-end residential properties throughout Ohio and Kentucky.
Nikki was featured on the cover of Cincinnati Real Producers Magazine in May 2024, highlighting her accomplishments, client-focused approach, and dedication to the real estate industry. She has also served multiple terms as an Associate Director of the Building Industry Association of Northern Kentucky and is a local host for American Dream TV, where she showcases the people, neighborhoods, businesses, and lifestyle that make Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky such a special place to call home.
A Cincinnati native, Nikki attended Mother of Mercy High School and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in business. She is a Chi Omega alumna and was active in leadership while on campus. After spending time living in California and Georgia, Nikki returned to Cincinnati to raise her family in Mason, Ohio.
Her personal connection to both sides of the river gives Nikki a unique understanding of the communities she serves. She has lived in Mason, Burlington, Florence, and Covington, has served on the condo association board at The Views in Covington, and owns property in Madeira. Today, she calls Covington, Kentucky home.
Nikki is the proud mother of two children. Her daughter, Olivia, is 22, and her son, Cole, is 20. When she isn’t working with clients, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family and staying connected to the communities she serves.
